STate of the Leagues:

WILL FLOWERS BE THE NO. 1 WR AT THE END OF THE SEASON FOR THE RAVENS?

As you know we are at the point of the year where training camp studs and preseason all-pros are the topic of conversation taking over headlines. At this point your tracking down your potential bench prospects for your upcoming Fantasy Football league draft and you run across this guy named Zay Flowers. The Ravens have always had the narrative of being a WR worst nightmare with how they're scheme is set up. But that slate is wiped clean now with the new OC hiring of Todd Monkton. There's a completely different feel to this year's offense and I have a feeling it will favor the skill set that Flowers has. He has electric speed and looks to be a big contributor in RAC yards. With the constant trouble that Bateman and OBJ have with staying healthy this leaves Zay with plenty of opportunity to get some meaningful snaps. It seems that Flowers is building a great chemistry with Lamar which is very important because it always seems Lamar finds a favorite target whether its Andrews or Hollywood he always had his guy and force feeds them. With Bateman being out and not getting practice time this leaves a great opportunity for Flowers to steal snaps. This Raven's rookie is going to have a huge impact on this team and with all the weapons they have on offence it will leave him with the 3rd or 4th best pass defender against him until defenses adjust. I'm buying into the joint practice highlights with this guy and quite frankly he could possibly lead this team in receiving yards. I'm picturing a less wimpy Hollywood Brown. Could the Ravens finally have they're top shelf WR 1? I think so....
